That’s where the Chipotle Aluminaries Project 1.0 came in. The project, in partnership with the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, was a seven-month accelerator that gave growth-stage ventures a spotlight and mentoring from established leaders such as global social entrepreneur Kimbal Musk and chef Richard Blais.
