As Director of Economic Inequality Initiative at Uncharted, Andrea is responsible for the success of the Economic Inequality Initiative, which supports early-stage solutions addressing economic inequality in the United States and the entrepreneurs leading those ventures.

Andrea is an entrepreneur who previously worked at Techstars leading diversity, equity & inclusion efforts across the Techstars Network of mentors and alumni. Andrea also fostered change throughout the Techstars ecosystem. She was driven to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that reflects the diversity we see in the world by creating equitable access to capital, customers and mentors.

In 2013, Andrea, Co-Founded Revolar a 2015 & 2016 Techstars Accelerator company leveraging technology for good to keep our loved ones safe. While at Revolar, Andrea & her co-founder, built a diverse, inclusive & remote team of hardware, software, sales and operations members that successfully launched 2 hardware products and sold over 20,000 units in 16 months. They fundraised millions and were named as one of the first 15 Latinas to fundraise over $1M from VCs.

Andrea is an immigrant from Colombia who grew up in North Carolina and now lives in Denver, CO, where she enjoys many outdoor activities including skiing, hiking & kayaking.

Loves puzzles and does glue and frame some of them to use as decorative pieces in her home.
